Though he has been a career bench warmer, he’s got a strong arm. Or at least one strong enough to break his dad’s nose or knock a guy off a horse.
Has made it very clear that he doesn’t want your life, meaning he’s capable of independent thought and is motivated to create his own path.
Weaknesses:
Clearly has a complete lack of respect for the game, since he reads those books on the sidelines during games and drags the best players on the team out to strip clubs the night before big games.

And from the tea baggers to Mr. Gingrich they are pumping up the rhetoric for what they hope will be a Republican sweep in the mid-term elections. Fear worked for Nixon and it certainly worked for Bush and Cheney. And it will work again. Which brings us to the “mosque” being built on “sacred ground” AT ground zero.
But it ISN’T at ground zero, ISN’T a mosque, and this “sacred ground” also features strip clubs, adult bookstores and a small mosque opened BEFORE the trade center was built. And the “radical Muslim” Imam behind the project now turns out to have actually worked with the FBI on counter terrorism issues.

Finally the first taste of Casey Afflecks doco about the demise/rise of Joaquin Phoenix as an actor/rapper, Im Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix, has been unveiled. The following trailer does little to dispel the rumours that Joaquin’s transformation from handsome Oscar nominee to hirsute zany bro was nothing more than an OTT exercise in method acting for the benefit of this movie: it’s produced with the swelling emotive music and voiceover of a rabbi spouting existential proverbs of every coming of age Hollywood drama. Whether it’s a work of fact or fiction, I’m still keen to see Joaquin Phoenix sniffing rack of a stripper’s tits.

PITTSFORD, N.Y. – Coach Chan Gailey’s has added more hitting to Buffalo Bills’ training camp and it has raised tensions on the practice field.
Centre Geoff Hangartner and linebacker Aaron Maybin exchanged shoves and wrestled each other to the ground midway through practice Friday morning. Things got heated after Maybin shoved running back Fred Jackson from behind and sent him sliding along the grass field.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – It’s time for Jeff Fisher to open his 16th straight training camp with the Tennessee Titans, and that first practice Saturday will be a welcome return to football after a busy off-season.
Fisher expects Chris Johnson to show up, happy the Titans reshuffled some money to pay him more for 2010. Vince Young will be available for all 16 games, and Fisher hopes maybe more, with the NFL not punishing him for a Dallas strip club tussle in June.

As four undercover detectives and an informant arrived at the house, two officers drove an unmarked vehicle loaded with marijuana into a garage of a house in the 2300 block of W. Maldonado Ave. Soon, shots rang out inside the house, killing Ledesma and injuring two other detectives.
Chandler and Phoenix police both confirmed the scenario as efforts were underway to plan Ledesma’s funeral.
Sgt. Joe Favazzo, a Chandler police spokesman, said the undercover operation did not involve a traditional exchange where dealers sell drugs to undercover agents. In this case, the undercover officers had the drugs and the suspects had the cash.
“This is a reversal,” he said. “This is seized evidentiary marijuana.”
Neither Favazzo nor his Phoenix police counterpart, Sgt. Steve Martos, could say why the Chandler detectives were attempting to sell the marijuana to buyers in southwest Phoenix. Charles Fulton, 34, owner of the house where the shooting took place, said he knows Singleton, 38, and Webber, 37, from DJ’s Gentleman’s Club, a strip club Fulton runs on University Drive in Phoenix.

NEW YORK – The final chapter in one of the most divisive policing cases in New York has ended with a $7 million (€5.4 million) settlement in a civil lawsuit over the fatal shooting of Sean Bell on his wedding day.
Bell (23) died outside a strip club in Queens where he was celebrating his stag night hours before his intended marriage in November 2006. Neither he nor his two friends were armed but were hit as police fired 50 rounds into their car, killing Bell and wounding the other two.
