… PHOENIX (CN) – Former porn star Jenna Jameson and her ex-husband, John Grdina, failed to repay James R. Grdina for money he loaned them for their frustrated effort to buy “Penthouse” magazine, James Grdina claims in Maricopa County Court.
     Grdina says he loaned the pair $250,000 “as a partner contribution” to buy the adult magazine after it was put up for sale in 2003. But the deal never went through, and James Grdina says he was repaid only $125,000.
     The loan was supposed to be paid back to Grdina when Club Jenna, the defendants’ adult entertainment company, was sold to Playboy Enterprises. But James Grdina says the club was never fully paid for. James Grdina says he was a partner in Club Jenna and was entitled to income from the company when it was sold, but he didn’t get it.
